These terms and conditions govern the issuance and use of gift vouchers provided by The Legend Spa. By purchasing or using a spa voucher, you agree to these terms.

This voucher is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. No extensions will be given.

THE LEGEND SPA is not responsible for lost /stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is not valid with any other special offer at THE LEGEND SPA. This voucher must be used by one person in one visit. If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, credit, or debit card at the time of service. If the service cost is less than the voucher value, the balance will not be refunded but may be used for future services if the voucher is still valid.
