At The Legend Spa, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Policy
Notification Requirement: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid cancellation charges.

No Refund Policy
General Policy: All sales at The Legend Spa are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments: We do not offer refunds for late cancellations or missed appointments.
